Home Renovation Planner, Printable Project Binder with Google Sheets Budget Tracker

About this design

Home renovation planner and printable project binder for a kitchen, bath, or whole-home remodel. Keep the scope, budget, quotes, selections, change orders, site meetings, deliveries, and punch list in one place from first measurement to handover.

What makes it different: this is a print-and-fill site binder first, not another spreadsheet. The Google Sheets workbook tracks the money while the binder carries the brief, selections, change orders, meeting notes, and signatures. Every PDF page has a matching place in the workbook, and the change order log, site meeting pages, punch list, and handover sign-off cover the part of the job that usually lives in scattered messages.
